Schmid Architects, Inc., Formerly Poulos + Schmid Design Group, Inc., organized in 1985, is a multi-talented Architectural Firm providing a wide range of professional services to many types of clients. SA provides nearly every aspect of planning, design and construction supervision from concept through completion. We offer the broad expertise and advantages of a large firm, with the intimacy and attention to detail of a smaller company. A dynamic organization of experienced and talented personnel are prepared to serve you.
Located in Sandusky, Ohio, Schmid Architects, Inc. is situated to service North Central Ohio from Toledo to Cleveland.

We are experienced in a variety of delivery methods including design/build, fast track with multiple bid packages, construction management process, as well as traditional design-bid-construct methods.
We offer services in the fields of Structural, Marine, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management and, of course, Architecture. Our staff of Architects and Technicians are responsible for all phases of project management, including technical and economic feasibility studies, computer aided design (CAD), preparation of detailed plans, specifications, and construction supervision.
