Tenant build-out of 1,120 SF to convert former garage/storage space into this chic juice bar and eatery. High ceilings, comfortable seating, planters and a few original metal windows were incorporated to create a nice atmosphere for guests to enjoy their favorite menu item while doing a little business or simply visiting with a friend.
