SCOPE: This $2.2M dollar project consists of 2 Food Que lanes with 8 POS stations, large commercial kitchen, Coke Refresh Stations, Menu Monitors, Stainless Steel Custom counter and serving line, Large Freezer/Coolers, and Exterior Trellis systems. Crystal Rock Café is the Main Foods Facility at Cedar Point Shores Water Park located at Cedar Point Amusement Park. The capacity of this facility is designed to have two lanes open at busy park days and only one lane open during slower days, per design. The facility utilized Heavy Timber Framing, Conventional Framing, Steel Framing and Masonry.
