SCOPE:

This $2.3M dollar project consists of 3 large connected Pavilions with a wraparound covered porch facing Lake Erie Beach. The facility can hold approximately 1,900 occupants. Included are seating and tables, Coke Refresh Stations, Bar Tap Stations and misc. vending. The venue is used at Cedar Point for large events, weddings, parties and special events. Accompanying the facility are 3 Covered entry check-ins, Large entry gates, and outdoor water feature. Materials used include heavy treated framing, Metal Roofing, AZEK trim work and column wraps along with all Fiber cement products for long lasting durability.
