Scope of work was to design an open shell space of 27,500 sq. ft. for Acute Rehab and ST/OT/PT Services. We created a Physical Therapy Gym, Offices & Workstations – 3,650 sq. ft. Therapy areas include Laundry, Kitchen and Toilet Room, Transitional Care Suite - 900 sq. ft., Acute Rehab rooms, Dining, Sitting Rooms, and Administrative Offices - 24,000 sq. ft. Project required a helicopter to fly-in a PT Cruiser vehicle used for patient therapy.
