New one-story building with (10) Single Sleeping Rooms and (2) Family Sleeping Rooms for those in need of short-term housing in this community crisis stabilization center.  Offices, Nurse Station, Meeting Room Equipment Storage and Med Room provided for staff.  Residents have access to Central Bath/Shower Rooms, Dining/Living Room and Laundry Room.  Kitchen equipped with exhaust hood and commercial appliances as a “warming” kitchen for residents with meals being cooked at an adjacent facility. Vaulted ceiling in Kitchen/Dining and Living Rooms along with electric fireplace and calming, durable finishes provide a comfortable living place for short term residents. Building envelope consists of R-30 exterior walls and R-50 roof with the Guardian Structural Technologies energy efficient system. Pella windows/doors installed with their high-performance glazing system. Mechanical systems specified with smaller PTAC units due to the high insulation values in walls/roof. LED lighting throughout. Exterior has standing seam metal roof, fiber cement siding and manufactured stone veneer to provide a very durable and long-lasting life cycle.
