7650 sf 2nd floor, 10 unit boutique hotel that include (2) accessible suites.  Contractors completely gutted office space to accomplish the owners vision.  Owner was very active and knew what they wanted. Inherently we jumped through a lot of building code hoops to accomplish this change to the existing building.   This was the 1st phase of the vision the owners have for this property.  More to come !
