Scope: Project consisted of interior alterations to 3,200 SF building that previously housed a massage therapy business. Extensive demolition of walls and finishes opened up the space for our architectural offices to have open Workstations, Private Architect Offices, Administrative Office, Reception Desk, Library/Sample Room, Work Room and Conference Room. We integrated the latest technology equipment into the entire space to accommodate virtual conference meetings that can be conducted in the architects’ offices, Conference Room or Waiting Room along with new alarm, smoke and camera system. New wall, floor and ceiling finishes were selected from multiple manufacturers to showcase some of their products to clients. New electrical work throughout included all new outlets, data drops, LED light fixtures, color changing fixtures, specialty light fixtures and lighting controls. Features of the interior include 3D wall panels placed at Hospitality Bar and feature wall in Waiting Room, custom designed wood screen walls at Workstations and specialty slump cast glass at front Reception Desk. Exterior renovations included painting the brick, repairing concrete & staining, refinishing the canopy fascia & ceiling panels, installing new LED lit signage, new lighting and a metal screen wall with blades that provides height to the front of the building above the main entry.
