The U-Haul property and storage center consists of constructing a U-Box storage building with showroom, building a new 3-story self-storage building, outdoor mini storage and truck/trailer sharing.  Design work and provided construction documents to build a one-story U-Box Storage Building and a separate 3-story self-storage building based on U-Haul’s prototype for both buildings.  U-Box storage building will have a restroom, loading dock and open plan for U-Boxes.  Provide construction documents for a new 3-Story Self Storage Building with indoor loading/unloading area, showroom, office, break room, restrooms and 851 self-storage lockers of various sizes per U-Haul’s design standards for all their facilities.
