Designed a 170 SF “Tuscan Style” Tasting Room and 60 SF ADA Restroom that were constructed inside an existing 7,700 SF greenhouse.  Tasting Room is a conditioned space and fully equipped with sinks, bar, dishwasher, wine glass racks and rolling glass door to provide a pleasant experience for wine tasters.  Tables & chairs set adjacent to the Tasting Room to allow guests to enjoy their wine tasting while setting in a greenhouse filled with herbs, succulents, vegetables and miniature plants for fairy gardens.  An outdoor garden also allows guests to enjoy the outdoors under a shade structure and overlooking an outdoor miniature train garden. Renovated 1,713 SF of the existing 9,046 SF heavy timber barn into a Processing Room for wine making & bottling.  Scope of work includes a new electrical service and new sanitary leach field to the facilities. Wine tasting room, processing room and greenhouses are nestled in the heart of this fourth generation Mulberry Creek Herb Farm in Huron, Ohio.
