Project consisted of complete interior and exterior renovations to a 10,000 SF building that previously housed a party store business. Extensive demolition of walls and finishes opened up the space for open office workstations and several private offices. We integrated the latest technology equipment into the entire space to accommodate virtual conference meetings and to provide monitors throughout to showcase their real estate postings and construction projects.  New mechanical system, upgraded electrical service, plumbing, smoke detectors and camera security system. New wall, floor and ceiling finishes were selected to showcase current product trends to their clients along with new furniture throughout. New electrical work throughout included all new outlets, data drops, LED light fixtures, specialty light fixtures and lighting controls. Exterior renovations included all new metal siding panels, new concrete sidewalks, new asphalt parking, LED lighting and LED signage.  This office building is located on a main access road to the area and has high visibility so the exterior design draws attention to the building.  Approximately 2,000 SF of building has a tenant leasing this space with entry door on front that is separate from Hoty Enterprises.
